Limbo - Plane of Total Chaos

*Not one to be shown up by little lawful boy, Mephista opens a Rift to Limbo, the Plane of pure Chaos. Disorder flows through the opening causing random changes to the physical world.*

We can use this as our base of operation and to gather our power and forces. We will expand this plane to encompas all of reality.

I always thought limbo was an "in-between" place, kinda neutral... anyway.....
