View Full Version : Alphabet Game #2

This game went well the last time I started it so Let's see how well it does this time.
Each post must start with the next letter of the alphabet. Let's see how many times we can loop through it.
I'll start
Anybody here want to give this a try?

Boooring, I'm not going to bother with this garbage.
Come on, it's somethng to do...
Lordosis

Doesn't seem like anyone else is too interested this time. Rolfe and msew would play, but its a little complicated for them I'm afraid.
Educate them by placing them in front of a TV and play Seaseme Street reruns 24/7. They might learn enough to play.
Gosh msew what a mouth you have!
Halitosis you say I have?
Lordosis

I think msew finally lost it

Jig's up guys. Everyone knows about Rich's thing for horses.
Learning the Alphabet I see....
My detachable penis is missing once again.
Now I think your best bet would be to go down to the corner and see if you can find the same street merchant from the song to see if he has yours too
Sunny2

Oh! It looks like Lee's is detachable, too!
see if he has yours too
Please check out this link and you will understand the use of the word "too" referred to the narrator of the song.

Quick with the denial, I see!
Real quick. It took me almost a whole day to deny it. The secret is out. I must find the Holy Staplegun!! I must undergo atonement!!!
*walks away while the chorus from Creep by Stone Temple Pilots is playing in the background...*

~Snickers softly
"There's the box. I have finally found the staple gun.
WHAT!! It's empty?
Damn, they must have had to use it on that little gopher again."
Sunny2
09-20-2004, 09:09 PM
Uncanny attachment Lee has to this staple gun...

very weird things are often best left unquestioned because the truth is stranger than reality
Various props need to be used in several threads. It not only ties Threads together with humor but it also saves on the budget.
Sunny2
09-20-2004, 11:48 PM
Well put BelDragos!
*Notes that a gopher with his clothes stapled on also seems to tie threads together...*
X Files has many entries on the mysterious gopher.
Sunny2
09-21-2004, 12:19 AM
You have access to the X files?! Everytime I show up at FBI headquarters asking for access they make me wear this funny white coat and give me comfy lodgings with lots of padded furniture.
"Zuchinni" is the secret password to get in. You have to talk to boB. Remember you have to say it to boB, not Bob. The wrong person will get you another "quiet room".

Any reason as to why start a new alphabet game thread?
Atleast the game and alphabet game thread has returned!!
BelDragos works in mysterious ways. Ask him.
Sunny2
09-28-2004, 07:01 AM
Contemplating taking it backwards, i.e. Z, Y, X, etc., but got sidetracked trying to find boB...
*Edited due to general denseness on my part. This works better. >.<
Rolfe
09-28-2004, 02:35 PM
wonder if these boards will ever be hopping the way they did back in the day?
Doh!! You broke it Rolfe.
You were supposed to start your post with a "D".
Sunny2
09-29-2004, 07:57 PM
Evidently, the person who posted before Rolfe messed up the thread first (and later edited it to correct the error) and he was just following her lead. *Tries to look completely innocent*
Fine, Rolfe is off the hook.
I retract my earlier post, boss.
Sunny2

Get your gun! Zombies are everywhere! Only the ninjas can save us now.
How can I guess you have the Ninjas to save anyone who can pay your price?
Lordosis
10-06-2004, 07:38 AM
I was following you until the ninja thing
(Just pretend you see them too. Humor Sunny so there is no violence...)
BelDragos

Keep on posting. Everyone who does will keep the boards alive. Also get someone to visit and join in so we have more people.

Lock n' Load! Time to kick some zombie axe pole!
My, my, my...You just can't keep your axe out of anything....
Sunny2
10-11-2004, 11:11 PM
No kidding! And for such a little gopher it sure is a BIG axe.
(Obviously it is better to wait for the reply of the Gopher on that one)
Sunny2
10-14-2004, 01:08 AM
Perhaps we should just pretend I never mentioned the gophers big... well.. you know. It might be safer to just move on? Having their clothing stapled on tends to make gophers a little grouchy. >.<
Quite right. What do we talk about then?
Sunny2
10-18-2004, 10:20 PM
Rolfe? or maybe Rich? They'll never know that you were telling their secrets... really...
Or, you could suggest a topic?
Some people get crabby when you talk about them.
Lordosis
10-20-2004, 05:10 PM
Try rooming with Rolfe for a year, then tell me how crabby YOU are.
Sunny2
10-21-2004, 12:26 AM
Under the circumstances I'm happy to hear it's just rooming with Rolfe that makes you grouchy. I was worried that Lee may have stapled your clothes on, too.
Very few things could scare me worse than that idea......I have my own place far, far away
Sunny2
10-29-2004, 11:42 PM
What!? I go on vacation and come back and the game has come to a standstill! I'm disappointed, Lee... ;)
Xenophobia is not on the list of ailments I suffer from so I had to wait for someone else to post.
How dare you leave like that....
Sunny2
10-31-2004, 01:45 AM
You know I never would have left if I hadn't been forced to! ...
Actually, no one forced me. >.< I went "computer-free"! *gasp* There are others that should give that a try once in awhile... *eyes the chains holding Lee to his computer* ;)
Zinc keeps the chain from oxidizing so I am not able to remove them. I guess I better stay here and interact with you.
Besides, the door is locked to keep that axe hole of a gopher out...I'm safe here.

A question for Beldragos and I think I hold the record for longest time before answering a PM.
I just noticed I had 1 unread PM out of total of 1. So I clicked it and it was from Morte talking about playing D&D in IRC with Bel Dragos actomg as GM the Date was 3/14/2002. Well since I just read it, is that game still going on or whatever happened to it Bel? :)
BelDragos
11-03-2004, 11:37 PM
Boy, that was a long time ago.
It never was started because people wanted different versions of the game and nobody had the same edition books. Also, the time was against us too. Nobody would be available at the same time.
It would have been nice but like many good ideas, nothing happened. :(
Christina
11-04-2004, 07:59 PM
Clock is always against us. :(
Oh well. :) I don't have much time either, but was just wondering. Stinks that nothing ever came of it.
Don't the best ideas always fail due to fate?
Sunny2
11-08-2004, 08:24 PM
Eventually fate will fall in your favor, though. Persistence is a weapon that not even fate can withstand! I must continue to believe this...
BelDragos
11-08-2004, 10:49 PM
Fate, I remember all the good times we had together. I have not spoken to my brother in some time. I wonder what Fate is doing now days. I really must give Kintoun a visit...
Good old times are remembered by us all.

How about that, I accidently posted on the wrong Alphabet Game Thread.
Good thing I noticed and grabbed this one too.
Silly me...
Xylenix

I would have let at least one of them rest :p
Just dont do something Stand THERE!!!!
Xylenix
04-13-2005, 06:55 PM
Keep still? That's just not in my nature, sorry.
BelDragos
04-13-2005, 10:12 PM
Look, I admitted it was an accident. Everyone keeps forgetting there are humans posting behind these screen names and expect perfection. It is just not fair! Not fair at all! The stress of trying to stand up to perfection is so great that the migraines are becomming unbearable. I can't take it anymore. I must send out my Imps. My Imps. They are the answer. If I can just place my consciousness into all them at one time I can be everywhere on the internet and acheive omnipresence. Then I would truely be a god..... ;)
Xylenix
04-13-2005, 10:58 PM
Maybe you would, but unfortunately, I doubt that will be happening any time soon... Sorry for the stress, us gods and godesses must stick together, but that doesn't mean we can't poke fun while doing so ;)
BelDragos
04-14-2005, 03:20 AM
No problem
Family will stick together. Too bad we can't get some of them back here.
Xylenix
04-14-2005, 10:08 AM
Over time I'm sure we'll find a way to bring them back... I miss them all... :(
BelDragos
04-15-2005, 02:43 PM
Perhaps we could suggest a mass e-mailing...
Xylenix
04-15-2005, 03:13 PM
Queer thing is, I already have! (Suggested it, that is ;) )
Rich or Rolfe will have to OK that.
BelDragos
04-20-2005, 08:08 PM
Suggestion is sound in my opinion...
Christina
11-07-2005, 07:04 PM
Thank goodness this game is finally playable! :)
Been waiting a while for it, decided to check on the boards and I saw I could DL and play! never been so excited. :)
Sorry, I just had to revive this thread, was always my favorite when I read the forums. ;p
