arcanity.exe doesn't connect

If you haven't connected in a while, even just a couple of days, it's possible that we changed the arcanity.exe in a way that can't be patched. Try getting the latest arcanity.exe from the download area, paste it into your existing arcanity directory (overwrite your existing arcanity.exe), delete your servers.txt, and try again.

The patch client has been updated. If you have an old patch client, you should get an error message saying you need to download the new one.

Due to Rich not paying attention, you may, in fact, get a whole bunch of messages telling you to get the new patcher, followed by a crash. Either way, just grab the latest Arcanity.zip from the download page and start fresh.

In the future, this won't be an issue, since the patcher now has the ability to patch itself.
