Is it because it killed you? Or it called its friends over? It's best to attack young akiri in the village when they're alone, no other akiri around for back-up. ;) :D

Well I seem to be in to this game but, there is nobody to play with... Where is everyone?

We're still in the process of making some major improvements to the game, so we haven't been actively advertising yet. Most people seem to be on in the evenings (Pacific time), which is also when the devs are usually on.
