I don't have time so if you'd just...::The Emuri attacks before he gets a chance to finish. The Emuri attacking with its club missing completely.::

::Starts chanting moving his hands in a circler motion as the emuri attempts to attack again catching nothing but air as he is easily side stepped.::

::A fireball grows between his hands as he sends it towards its target burning the EmuriScout to nothing more then bones and ash::

::Well in that case runs up to the nearest OrcBandit hittings him once then again with a CrushingBlow to the chest and once more with A Bludgeon to the head dropping him. The other three Orcs quickly moving in and attack as Kayn trys to run past getting hit by the leader.::

I have plans and you are not part of them...But i guess i'll just have to make more. ::Generates Lightning in his palm turning as he chants casting at the OrcBanderLeader as he comes to a sliding stop turning. Swings his DwarvenBattleHammer smashing into the OrcBanditLeader then again and again as they all swing at him messing as he dodges them with ease. As the Leader drops he turns to the OrcBanditWander moving his hands in a circler motions creating a ball of fire between his hands as he chants sending it exploding into the OrcBanditWander killing him on the spot. The last remaining OrcBandit smashes him in the back forcing him to stumble as he turns around.::

Almost forgot about you, should have run. ::Grasps his DwarvenBattleHammer as He swings with a sidewards CrushingBlow followed with a Bludgeon immediatly afterwards.::

::Runs up to the first Skeleton hitting it with a Bludgeon droping it into a pile of bones with one hit. Turning to the next hitting it with a sidewards blow then a overhead Crushing Blow leaving it as nothing more then a jugsaw puzzle from hell.::

::Watches are three more begin running at him.::

I might need alittle help.....::Wishes he would have asked Thor, Scrie, Kile or Rolfe to join him on his journey.::

*Windermere lies quietly resting in the shade of a palm tree, clad in full turtle leather gear, axe leaning on the tree, sleepily watching life in the village go by*

*slowly getting to her feet and collecting her axe, her mind wanders... Where to go?*

"Hmm... Maybe I'll pay the Emuri Chief a visit..."

::His TurtleLeather gear holds strong against the attacks letting only alittle damage be felt. As he readies Lightning striking one down. Chants for his fireball sending it towards another one that side steps it slashing him with its boney hand.::

Frai de mal je vous détruirai. ::Grasps his DwarvenBattleHammer tightly with his left hand as he swings smashing into the skeletons then chaining a Crushing Blow and Budgeon right behind it dropping the skeleton leaving only one left to deal with.::

::The skeletons swings scrapping across his vest as he begins to chant for the blessing of BloodLikeTroll.::

*Windermere creeps quietly through the ditches that surround the emuri camp, amazed that she hasn't yet been seen*

(thinking) Now which way did I have to go?? Ah, yeah...

*taking the right fork in the ditch, she comes across her first scout of the day, and catches him with Quickstrike before he even has the chance to call for help*

That was closer than I like... Oh well, pressing on...

Well so much for holding on to my spells.

::Take the skeletons legs out from under him with a Crushing Blow to the kneecaps then hits him once more while he lays on the ground.::

This may be abit harder then i had thought...Lets see if i can try to sneak past a few of em.

::Comes apon a zombie and walks around the side of the mountain to avoid it. Thinking (Well that wasn't hard, how many more undead things could their be?)::

Must be some sort of outpost, all the present Emuri are adults, and trained...

*She spots the Cheif's enclosure, and moves in quietly planning her approach*

*springing out from behind an outcrop of land, she quickstrikes one of the guards from behind, but his falling doesn't go unnoticed*

::Sneaks past the zombies with some ease making his way up the mountain he sees some ghouls as he presses on sticking close and intimate with the tree as he went.::

:: "Ok couldn't be much farther now, i know thoughs Nercomancers are up here." He thinks as he moves on seeing Ghasts at this point. He comes around a tree getting to confident now and runs right into one.::

Not good....

::The Ghast attacks him doing little damage but damage none the less. He takes straight to the pounding method, slamming his DwarvenBattleHammer in the ghast. The ghast looks at him as though he had barely hurt it.::

"Where is that girl?", Rolfe wondered as he hurried through the village with clipboard in hand and trusty abacus tucked under arm. "She's lazing about Turtle Beach no doubt." He knew she was just as likely nosing around the Emuri village, but it was somewhat disconcerting to imagine her there sneaking around alone as she often did. "There's so much to do... where am I going again?" He paused and collected his thoughts, his free hand moving to his forehead. "Ah geez, Trainer Hill," he mumbled audibly. The Shaman trainers had been complaining for months now that they don't have enough space, and without a large area for drying and storing herbs they couldn't realistically teach alchemy at all. He pondered, "Going to need to know how much space they need, any special equipment they need... It's already almost 3pm. This is a nightmare. There must be a better way. How do the humans do it? Their cities are rumored to be huge... sidetracked again. Focus, focus. Trainer hill, shaman guild."

"Hello, Rolfe," the head trainer greeted him.
"Morn...er, afternoon. How goes the day?", Rolfe replied.
"It goes well. I hope you're here to bring me some good news," the head trainer smiled.
"Well, I'm here to collect as much information about the project as I can. That's a step forward anyway I suppose, eh?" Rolfe said hopefully.
"Aye, it is," the head trainer's expression was still jovial. That was a relief for Rolfe. Then his expression changed to one of concern, "By the way, have you seen Kayn? He hasn't been by all day and I remembered one last bit I think he'd like to hear about."
"He's already gone north," was Rolfe's response.
"ah..." the head trainer's face went from concerned to all-out worried, "There is a legend of great undead beasts, knights in a former life condemned now to walk unfeeling for eternity. I have recently gotten word that the necromancers north have been experimenting with summoning these beasts."
"Sounds..." Rolfe trailed off.
"I have reason to believe their experiments have been successful," the head trainer was grim, "If Kayn were to run into such a creature...", he paused.
Rolfe nervously interjected, "Would he...?"
The head trainer continued, "I believe just one of these creatures would be too much even for Kayn."

*ducking a blow from one of the assailing Emuri, Windermere draws the Mystics away from their posts*

Aaaargh!! Back foul beasts! :rolleyes:

*Using a combination of attacking and quickstriking, she downs the first mystic while doing her best to avoid blows from the second*

Ooowww!! That was my arm!!

*downs a health potion as quickly as possible while quickstriking the second mystic*

I was hoping not to have to use this yet ::Uses his Battle Hammer as a temperary Shield against the ghasts attacks as he sip some of the StrPotion. Begins to laugh demonicly as he feels it flow through him.::

Now, where were we?

::Hits the Ghast with a Crushing Blow from the side jumping into a spin as he hits with a Bludgeon, striking what appears to have once been its head taking it off and sending him straight back to the after life.::

No time to delay now.

::He run farther up the mountain catching Sight of the Nercomancers Stronghold as he did.::

Almost their...Better take another drink...

:: Downs some more of the StrPotion :D as he eagerly reachs the top seeing The Nercomancers.::

::Feels the pain as something slams into his side hitting the ground into a roll getting back to his feet looking up.::

:Stands up grasping his DwarvenBattleHammer looking at the Undead Guardian coming towards him hearing the Nercomancers laughter in the back ground.::

::See's the other Undead Guardian in the back watching and keeping back for now. The one infront of him moves in slashing at him with its hand ripping at his Turtle Leather Vest as he slams his hammer into the Guardians chest followed by a Bludgeon. The Guardian stands their as though it hadn't tooken much damage at all slashing at him once more he feels his life force fading....::

*Windermere sighs, happy to have a second to breathe*

Ooookay... Next the big boss, and whatever's left of his force... Wish I'd brought some Strength Potion :o

*She slowly creeps around the side of the tent to find one fighter remaining, along with the Chief. She jumps and quickstrikes at the chief, and recieves a club to the side of the head, swung by the fighter*

Oy! You'll pay for that mate!

[Synapse]

::Moving slowly from tree to tree, silently stalking Kayn with troubled thoughts. Although only half as experianced as Kayn he was the best tracker on the island, able to shadow anyone without detection. His mind lingers on where he spotted his friend. He was busily map making just south of the Human City, on the path that wraps around the base of Undead Mountain when a brilliant light caught his eye. Kayn's spell still hung in the air as what left of what appeared to be a skeleton fell to the ground in a pile of bones to match a few others already on the ground. Kayn picking apart those lower than him was a normal sight on the island, the look of determination in his eye was not. He was killing with purpose.

His muscles tense, his leather armor creaking as he froze, his eyes focused in, no longer thinking on past events. The hammer whistled through the air as it came down on the ghast. He was not frozen in fear, as Kayn can easily take down this undead being, and he was poised to leap to aid if the need arised. What stoped his breathe was the fact that Kayn walked blindly into a creature he should have seen. He had heard of rumors that this mountain contained undead beings far greater than any on the island could challenge, he had hoped that Kayn wouldn't.

He decides to follow a bit more closely, partly because it is dangerous for him to be this far up the mountain alone, but more to be close if Kayn finds more than he can handle. Passing by the ghast he sees a cork, picking it up he smells the oder of a strength potion. He looks up to get a position on Kayn but doesn't see him. He kicks himself for pausing here to long, tucking the cork away he races up the steep summit. Reaching the top he comes apon a tower unlike he had seen before, his awe quickly replaced by a sense of dread.

Kayn was waving his arms wildly in what looked to be a heal spell, he was obviously hurt badly. The creatures back was to him, he had a chance. Bending his right knee, placing all his weight down, he spins jumping off of his right leg, placing a solid kick in the back of the creature with his left foot. As his feet touch ground he is instantly moving, rolling past the creature putting himself inbetween the two. Putting his weight behind his right arm he drives it at the creature, which evades with demonic speed. His mind trying to understand why his fist hit air.

It seems that time has stopped, he see's his turtle leather vest fall to the ground in two pieces, he hears the chants of a healing spell behind him. Instinctually his arms reach out, hands wrapping around the guardians heavly armored neck, he begins to strangle. His mind goes black as the claws sink deep into his side. The spell hits him like a rush of cold water. He is on his back, looking up at the sky. His mind foggy, he looks up to see Kayn's labored breathing as he swings at the creature and hits nothing but air. The creature moving to Kayn side and prepares to attack, Kayn now on his knees is ready for his last blow. The creature stops... Then falls to it's knees clutching it's neck. A large amount of dust whisps into the air when it's full body hits the ground. Kayn examining in disbilief sees that it's armor is crushed down around it's neck, slowly cutting of it's life.

He pulls out Health potion looking up at Kayn. He stands up and drinks down a bit. He pulls out Kayns Strength Potion Cork and tosses it to him. ::

"You shouldn't leave your things just laying about, especially if you expect me to save you in good time. If you have any of that strength potion left your going to need it"

:: The shadow of the second guardian closes in on Kayns back ::

::Finishes casting his Heal2 spell looking at Synapse. Still in disbelief he had finished the Undead Guardian as he catches the Strength Potion cork taking another drink from the potion corking it.::


Thanks for the help ::he says grinning as the second Undead Guardian comes up behind him he notices the shadow of lay him.::

But what brung you up....::He holds tightly to his hammer as he swings around nailing the Undead Guardian with a Crushing Blow as he jumps back.::...Here.

You've grown much stronger lately. ::The Undead Guardian moves into attack missing as Kayn side steps him now being more cocky with a good fighter and friend near by.:: Lets take this thing apart and show those necromancers that its the Akazi's that run this island!

*Taking another swig of health potion, Windermere Quickstrikes the fighter, taking him down*

Now it's just you and I, Chief.

*blocking an incoming blow, Windermere steps backward, tripping over her own foot*

Aaaargh!!

*The Emuri Chief moves in for the kill, but rolling to one side, Windermere kicks his feet out from under him and quickly gets to her feet*

Who's on top now!?

*With one final blow, Windermere takes the Chief out, and slumps to the ground for another swig of health potion*

Phew, what a workout! :cool:

::Slider walks through town wondering whats going on as of late.::

::See's two Akazi's talking and walks up listening to them:: Ya the new trainers should be here anyday... ::Says one of them Slider moves up looking towards him.::

New Trainers?

Ya, they are coming from a island where they have been developing their skills. The Chief's Assistant has been talking about it all day today.::Says the other one with much cheer in her voice.::

::The Undead Guardian slashes at Kayn once more. Kayn watches as Synapse moves in throwing a Punch at the same time he raises his hammer and slams it across the Undead Guardians face. The Undead attacks Kayn once more hitting hard but Kayn stands tall trying to ignore it. Synapse jumps on the Guardian back from behind beginning to Strangle him.::


We've toyed with em enough, lets finish this. ::He says with a grin.::


::Hits the Undead Knight with a Bludgeon followed by a Crushing Blow to the chest as the same time Synapse jumps Kicking him in the back watching as the Guardian fall::


Synapse:: Ha, i got the last hit.

Kayn:: No way that was me.... i think we forgot someone. ::Looks to the Necromancer.::

::The Necromancers stands their ready with his Dire Wolf and Students to his side ready to strike, the Dire Wolf growlling.::

Synapse:: My health potion is empty and your strength potion has been finished off. If his Guardians took that much we might want to wiegh our options on fighting these four. Then on second thought. ::Synapse dashes toward the Necromancer coming with a Kick, followed with by his Knuckles smashing into the Necromancers face. The Necro swings his QuarterStaff in return at Synapse striking him. The Wolf bites at Synapse but he jumps back out of the way as the Students both draw their Daggers attacking. Kayn quickly moves it using a Crushing Blow on one of the students knocking him back alittle follow by striking the other student and begins to roll his hands making a fireball and sending it at the wolf. Synapse begins choking the wolf while striking one of the students.The Wolf bites Synapse. The Necromancer steps back casting Vemon on Kayn. :eek: Kayn resists luckily as the two students attack with there daggers one messing and the other barely touches Kayn. Kayn begins to cast Heal on Synapse. Synapse strikes the wolf as it tries to bite him beginning to Strangle it. Kayn finishes his spell healing Synapse and turns striking one of the Students with a Bludgeon dropping him while the necromancer smashes his staff across Kayns face. Synapse watches as the wolf falls lifeless to the ground as the Student Stabs his dagger into him he gasps reaching forward and beginning to Choke the Student. Kayn Knocks the student in the chest with his hammer knocking him back as the Nercomancer begin to cast again Kayn hits him with a CrushingBlow. The student stonds back begining to cast as well. Synapse. moved in hitting the Nercomancer in the gut as he finished his spell casting Heal on himself. The student cast Poison on Kayn. Kayn moved in holding his palms flat facing one another he generated lightning striking from palm to palm also shooting off of his fingers he sent it flying at the Student the Student getting hit with force flew backwards scrapping apon the ground as he landed on his back.::

Synapse:: I got this. ::He Kicks at the Nercomancer missing.:: Maybe not.

Kayn:: Your mine. ::Kayn swung with his DwarvenBattleHammer hitting the Necromancer as the Necromancer struck him with his QuarterStaff.:: Well.. ::Kayn Steps back casting Heal2 on himself as Synapse strikes the Nerco as Kayn stepped back. The Necro begin to cast again chanting words he has yet not uttered. Kayn finished his spell healing himself now completely energy drained. The Nercomancer finishes casting summoning up a Skeleton. Kayn moves for hitting the Skeleton.::

Synapse:: Thats a joke right. ::Synapse throws a punch at it missing followed be a kick watching th Skeleton crumble to a pile of bones the necromancer standing in shock.::

Kayn:: Looks like this is the end. ::He moves forward flipping his hammer fomr his side over his head he smashes the Nercomancer dropping him to his knees.::

::Synapse moves up to the Necromancer.:: Now would have just been easier to give up? I mean really is this the best you have?

::The Nercomancer grins and begins laughing wildly. As you can here moans and groans coming from behind the two heros. Kayn turns quickly to see a army has came together of undead ranging from Skeletons to Ghasts.::


Kayn:: This looks like a good time to.........RUN! ::Synapse and Kayn take off running still able to hear the nercomancers laugh as they reach the bottom of the mountain coming apon the road.::

Synapse:: Can't say i saw that one coming, who ever thought Kayn would run from a fight?

Kayn:: Tell anyone and i'll burn down your hut. ::Kayn grins.::

::Synapse begins to laugh as he waves heading towards the Human Village. ::

Well what a exciting time...could have went better...Could had went worse as well. ::Kayn smiles as he heads back towards town.::

Well then its off to the Orc village. ::Head out towards Emuri village intending to walk around it and follow the beach. He sees 3 fighters, 4 scouts and 2 shaman coming towards them and turns look at Windermere.::

Friends of yours? ::Grins rolling his hands together creating lightning he strikes a Emuri Scout down as the other come crashing in around him.::
