What about having players building there own buildings? It would add more skills to the game such as carpentry. It really doesnt say in the FAQ or the interviews about this. Maybe I missed something?

Alex: This sort of thing is discussed on the other board, and I believe the threads on it are still up. You should check them out. Currently, it seems as if buildings will have to be built, and most likely, you will have to hire people.
