on the FAQ X. Building.
Quote:
How about building towns, castles, etc.?

I have an idea. if you can build a castle or a village of your own, and you get enough PC to keep it occupied, why not get the revenue fron the NPC starts there stores in that "castle","Village". let me simplified, the ruler gets a percentage of the pie on the PC that merchase anything from that NPC in there town. Understand? so the time they spent all there hard earning on building there own guild or castle or village. and if they keep it going and he gets NPC to start up stores there. its like a Tax. :) any question. be glad, if not understand what i just said let me
know.

I am just curious how the monetary system works in the first place. I know other games I have played this can be a difficult thing to work out. Giving profit without having to kill things is always a sticky subject.

This might be a post better suited for the Dev. Board =) It'll have a better chance of being seen by someone on the staff.

building a castle or Village will take alot earnings of your own. when you become a person that you can build, you will already earned your monies, when you build it. You can go back out and keep earning monies by killing monsters or NPC's , But you keep getting the revenue from the NPC in your own "castle","Village" not alot of taxes will be earned but you get it some of it. like the formula lets say Fine Steel Rapier cost 15 dollars the tax is included in the 15 dollars you will get 30 cents from the tax. this is just an example.

Note: from now on i will post ideas to Dev Team thanks
