Hello folks, I'm new here too, though a little more verbose (understatement). hah! I'm pretty excited about this game, I hope I can contribute when issues arise, as I have buckets full of mmorpg experience. Did I mention they're large buckets.
I what I've seen thus far from the website, it looks amazing. Anyone have an idea of the world size? Enough about the website, I'm aching to beta test too if you still want people.

All in all, so far so good. I'll see everyone on the message boards.

Well met!

Hail and Welcome Thanatos. There is only going to be one server and the world size will enlarge as needed depending on the number of players. Is your mmorpg experience from playing UO on the Chessie server perhaps?

My reputation proceeds me? hah!

Indeed! And by which name did you play? I was A GM blacksmith (amongst other things!) with my Thanatos Character on Chessie.

Ah I am sad that you forgot me so quickly Than, I used Kymeri, I was good friends with Locodemc and my brother was Zeldecar. I was a tamer and sold you many a llama.

I do remember (sorry, I've been away these past couple days). Llama's are essential to mining, no llamas no ore! :) I must say though, you have an amazing memmory. I envy that. I'm excited about starting anew here though. The best challenge is in building up.

I'll be back blabbing in a bit. I have somethings to do.

Yes, that is one of the reasons I'm looking forward to this game, I was not in on the beginning of UO or EQ, and never got interested in AC. I realy want to be in on the beginning of one, and this one is looking very promising. The Dev are very responsive and listen to all of our whacky ideas.

hello thanatos i am also a lttle new here. Heard about the game from Rolfe on EQ povar sever. I have been quite interested in it since then. Its seems alot of the things in other online games that i don't agree with have been changed for the best in Acanity. I am looking foward to seeing more screen shots. Well good hunting to all.

That's why 150+ players are handing about waiting for the game to be finished.

Havent heard much about Arcanity, I found out about it from an article in PC Gamer...sounds different though, which is good because the MMORPGS I have tested (AC, EQ(Known as ConMan then but that name didn't seem good for trading for some reason...)) seem boring after a while.
I'm itchin to play, but didnt catch when it's coming out or whats going to different about it...check out the fan art for me entering the castle of doom ( if they posted it yet, might have to wait for after christmas)
