Is it possible to place image files in your posts??

ya I noticed that code is on for this forum, but how do you use it? Maybe [IMG]c:/anime/pics/aim gifs/hao-BEST.gif? Yep heh heh thats how you do it =)

type <IMG>location of pic on your HD using forward slashes '/'</IMG> replace the <> with [] though.

ah ok, if you type in place thats on your comp, only you can see that pic as noone else can access it. But if you type in a HTML, then everyone can see the pic, as everyone can access HTML.

I think I changed the link on my signature so that everyone can see the pic of Xelloss. Respond to this post if you can see my pic ok.

Also, could I get some people to reply with how much time it took for them to load the pic under my signature? Thx

I can see the picture just fine. I don't notice anything in loading times, but then again, I have a broadband cable connection, so that is not very strange.

Yup, looks good! I can only see the picture that is in your signature. In your first message it looks like there should be a pic in the body, but it shows the red X. However the pic in the sig looks fine. And it loaded very fast, even though I am envious of Morte's broadband connection.

In an effort to set the mood for roleplaying, I'm using a medieval 44K connection. :(

LOL ok ok lemme find a link that gives a Bio of Xelloss, I'll add more to this post when I find the link...


Before reading on I must stress the fact of how two-faced Xelloss is. On the surface he is extremly kind, never loses his cool, and always smiles, and jokes. But when his other side appears (only during an INTENSE fight, cause he can easily win most fights without needing to get mad) he can be quite the one to fear...

All the following info is based on the anime series "Slayers"
Names like Lina, Gourry, Amelia, Zelgadis are the good guys fighting the evil Mazoku (devils)
Names like Gaav, Shabranigdo, Zelas are the bad guys, the Mazoku
Xelloss is a Mazoku, but this isn't discovered until way into the series (remember his two-sidedness), and he always stuck with the good guys, but followed the orders of his boss, the bad guys.

Now you guys must be saying, "Does this mean your going to be an evil race in Arcanity?" The answer to that is probably no. Remember I enjoy playing IC the personality of Xelloss, not necessarily his choice of good or evil. Of course one must also remember how closely guarded Xelloss' secret of being a Mazoku was. So I could even possibly play on the good side but have ties with the evil side in Arcanity, and of course no-one would know this except my closest closest friends... But I doubt I'll do that ^_^
