does anyone have any good baby back rib recipies or anything along the sort?

I dunno the recipe, but this past weekend I had some of the best grilled pork I've ever had... I'll ask the guy what he does to it, he's a damn good cook too, when it comes to meat. And his wife makes the BEST rice and beans in the world.

i'm sure i could find some if you want...but i'm pretty sure that if u bought urself some baby back ribs, some decent bbq sauce threw a touch of garlic on the ribs...and soaked the ribs in the sauce over night, then like took the ribs and put them on a grill (preferably charcoal) and cooked the ribs and added some bbq sauce slowly as they grilled and closed the lid on the grill to allow them to smoke... that they would taste pretty decent...

i'd like to find some medieval recipes if any of you guys have any or happen to come across some please e-mail them to me...they will go well with our mead hall
