Alright, just wondering, who else is into the personal-ness and ultimate dedication of the monk mindset. And just think, it'd be even better in Arcanity, cause we could go off and set up a monastary somewhere in the middle of nowhere, where people would travel thousands of miles just to train under our skilled leaders.

Well, see that you do, you remember Laedrick of course... Ahh, a human monk raised by dwarvish brewers, imagine that.

While I definitely will try playing a monk, I find myself leaning more towards the way of the Ninja.
Too bad there are no poisons available for my assassins' guild... or will there be? (*Evil Impulse* "Bwah hah hah!")

I'll pretend that you did not just insult my honor and provoke the wrath of my entire monk guild, and decide not to barehandedly beat you till that poison starts coming out your ears.

Monks are pretty cool (Danica is hot as well) but anyways...i would think that all setting up your monestary in the middle of nowhere would be boring as crap. If you're way out there, who to interact with other than your fellow monkish people ya know? jes throwing in my 1 cent...

Well, who says you've gotta be some stuffy old monk that sits around, that's what NPC lackeys are for. You could continue questing for the betterment of the guild and the development of your own skills.

A village could develop near the monistary and in tome grow to a large community supporting the monks in return for enlightnment and protection. The monks have to get thier meat from somewhere other than the tall rock they built thier home.
